The Yellow-breasted Warbling Antbird (英文名：Yellow-breasted Warbling Antbird，学名：Hypocnemis subflava) is a small bird belonging to the Thamnophilidae family within the Passeriformes order. It is primarily found in the central and southeastern parts of Peru, as well as the northern regions of Bolivia and the southern part of Brazil's Acre State.
【外形特征】
The bird reaches a length of about 12 centimeters, with an average weight of 13.8 grams. Its throat and breast are pale yellow, and the sides are slightly reddish-brown. The rump is light olive-gray, while the nominate subspecies exhibits a paler overall appearance, with a gray upper part, distinct black and white markings, and a yellowish underbody. The Collinsi subspecies is also similar but lighter, with less black and white spots and a darker olive-gray upper part in the female.

It feeds mainly on butterflies, crickets, caterpillars, beetles, and spiders. In river forest areas, dead leaves are common substrates for foraging, although this is less frequent in transitional forests.

The nest is a deep, cup-shaped structure woven from dead palm leaves, bamboo leaves, dry leaves, and moss, lined internally with dried grass fibers and dark roots. Clutch size typically includes two eggs, which are white with variations in reddish-brown or chestnut spots and streaks. Incubation is shared between both parents, with each parent taking turns for about 1.5 hours. Hatchlings usually leave the nest after 11 days.
